Current Assessment

The Annual Assessment for each Lot owned is currently $1,200. There is no additional Special Assessment at this time. Assessment statements are sent out by January 1 of each year and are due by January 31. Late assessments are subject to a late charge of $20, as well as an interest charge of 1.5% , each month.

Please notify the HOA board if your address changes or if you do not receive your annual statement by January 2.
